Simco charging electrodes are typically used in applications where spot charging or a charged band on moving materials is needed.
Manufactured from high-performance materials also making them suitable in high-temperature applications. The electrodes are resistor-protected to avoid damage to materials caused by high voltage arcing. The points and resistors are replaceable, so ensuring a long life.
There are 3 different types available:
Pinner claw
3 adjustable pins to give a charged cloud.
Working distance: min. 12mm
Number of emitter pins: 3
Dimensions: Length 158 x Height 35 x Ø 20 mm
Pinner 5 point
Designed to give a circular charge.
Working distance: min. 12mm
Number of emitter pins: 5
Dimensions: Length 166 x Ø 20 mm
Linear 6 point
Designed to give a rectangular charged area.
Working distance: min. 12.5 mm
Number of emitter pins: 6
Dimensions: Length 166 x Ø 20 mm
