CM Tiny Charging Generator
Product Details & Technical Specification
CM Tiny is a miniaturised static charging generator for bonding applications. The compact robust housing weighs only 500 grams, making it perfect for small machines and applications with moving parts such as pick and place handling systems. It easily withstands the high G-forces occurring during processes.
The CM Tiny setpoint (output) voltage can either be set directly from a machine plc capable of supplying a 4-20 mA signal or a compact panel mounted control PCB.
The control PCB enables you to mount a potentiometer and LED by simply providing 2 holes in the front panel of your machine interface.
To interface charging cables, a range of special connection blocks with 1-4 outputs are available. Quick-connect ports in the connection blocks allow easy cable changes to be made without specialist engineering personnel.
For small machines and applications with moving parts, e.g. pick and place handling systems.
Compact, robust and capable of withstanding high G-forces.
No high voltage cable running through machines cable train.
Incorporated high voltage power supply, input voltage 24V DC.
Only weighs 500 grams.
HV OK signal.
A detachable high voltage distribution block.
Signal LED’s on both sides of the housing.
Microprocessor controlled.
External Setpoint control.
Remote on/off signal.
IQ version available.
