IONclean B provides an efficient cleaning option for components before packing or transitioning to another stage of production.
Operators can position the parts under the cleaning hood, where a linear cleaning nozzle delivers an airstream to ensure thorough surface cleaning. Equipped with two MEB type anti-static bars, the IONclean B effectively neutralises static electricity during the cleaning process. Additionally, for plastic and other non-conductive parts, anti-static bars can be installed to eliminate any static charge prior to cleaning.

System solution
Once the contamination has been removed from the part it is safely extracted away ensuring no further contamination.
There are various optioned offered to suit customers needs, including an automatic start/stop feature meaning the hood will only run when a part is present.
