The IONclean HR is a small compact hood suitable for cleaning detailed 3D components such as castings or electronic assemblies.
Ionising nozzles are employed to remove any static charge present, then a high speed rotating nozzle ‘scrubs’ the surface removing dust and contaminate. A Vortec vacuum nozzle provides suction ensuring the contaminate is cleared away from the component.
Small, compact and highly efficient (height 90 mm)
Flexibly usable thanks to different adapters
Optimal cleaning results through ionisation, rotary nozzles and simultaneous vacuum aspiration
This product doesn’t require a separate extractor unit allowing easy installation.
